Refund policy

Food is different

Because dry fruits are food, we cannot take back packs that have been opened, and custom mixes are made for you.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order that has not been sent yet — contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back by the method you paid with, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.
